Virtual Vitality eHealth & Wellness is a cash based business model. You can pay by credit card, debit card, Paypal or Venmo. However, you can request a bill of service to file with your insurance for reimbursement (Florida only). You can use insurance for any labs, imaging or prescriptions.

Virtual Vitality eHealth & Wellness has an experienced certified family nurse practitioner as the provider. She is able to assess, diagnose, prescribe, order labs/imaging, interpret results and develop plan of care.

Virtual Vitality eHealth & Wellness offers Telehealth appointments only, virtual visits are scheduled by phone or video conferencing. Consults are provided worldwide. Primary care services are currently available for Florida residents only.
